There are many phases in your design/build process and we keep you informed throughout. We take pride in sharing our knowledge and experience with you. As you begin to understand this process you will know what to look forward to during this exciting time.
 
Once the Design Agreement is signed, the design phase begins. During the design phase, rough sketched floor plans and elevations are drawn and submitted to the client for approval. We strive to create the best design that fits the home and our customer’s budget.
 
Once the final designs are approved and the construction proposal is signed the construction process begins. The first step is to secure the permitting from the local building authority.
 
The construction process is divided into multiple stages:
·         Home site preparation
·         Foundation
·         Framing
·         Exterior trim
·         Mechanical rough/insulation
·         Drywall
·         Interior trim
·         Painting
·         Mechanical trim
·         Final touches
·         Grading and landscaping
 
Then it’s time to turn the home over to you, its new owners.
